What is Agora Dynamic Assessment®?
Agora Dynamic Assessment® is an innovative management tool for managersto diagnosetheir teams in various contexts. This assessment allows managers to identify the existing roles in the current team, to identify personal challenges, team’s strong and weak points. Such assessment highlights the manner in which each colleagues positions himself/herself with respect to other colleagues and with respect to the leading team.
