What is Agora Vision & Teambuilding?
The team building organized by Agora has as its conceptual foundation the organization's values, its objective being to facilitate the team's adherence to the company's vision and values. We want to gather the team around the vision, keeping a relaxing but toned rhythm, in which the whole team is active and involved in the prepared daily activities.

- 1. We know the organization and its values. We talk to the key people, we find out the needs of the company;
- 2. We determine the participants and the composition of the teams, so that we can find the optimal mix;
- 3. We assign the roles, everyone has their ownership in the team;
- 4. Together we establish the challenges, activities and schedule of each day;
- 5. We participate in teambuilding, we facilitate the activities of the day and at the end we draw conclusions together;
- 1. We facilitate the adherence of the entire team to the organization's vision and values;
- 2. We keep the team close, we identify roles and the way of working in the team;
- 3. We see what works and what doesn't in the team, we find solutions together, we build an action plan to follow for 3 months, with the possibility of follow-up;
- 4. We identify heroes, people with strong adherence to the organization's values;
- 5. We accept new challenges, we undertake a personal course of change.
